HISTORY

A former 6-axle railroad baggage car converted to an exhibit car. Served as the entrance car and featured flags from each of the nations that had once flown over Minnesota, as well as both 'competing' versions of the Minnesota constitution.

Note what may be the top of the Minnesota Centennial Showboat behind the car. The Centennial Showboat played over 100 performances up and down the Mississippi River during the 1958 centennial celebration. It continued on as a theater venue until the year 2000.
