Originally PRR 8264 KANE INN, built by Budd in 1949 as a 21-roomette sleeper. Renamed CINCINNATI INN in 1950. Converted to a 64-seat coach, 12-seat smoker and numbered 1522 in 1963. To PC 1522. To NJDOT in 1976. To NJT 5427. To KSRX 5427. To BWRL and renamed MT. HOLLY INN. To private. To URHS of NJ in 1989. To Ringling in 1992. Ringling configured the interior to 4 bedrooms with a passageway.
