SOUTHERN PACIFIC 105 eventually became RB-142. Originally built by Pullman-Standard as a 10-roomette/5-double-bedroom sleeper to Plan 4072E car in Lot 6641, placed in service on 25 February 1941 on the new LARK streamliner between Los Angeles and San Francisco. To SP 9207 on 7 November 1950. Withdrawn from Pullman lease on March 10, 1967, and sold to Judge Roy Hofheinz (via RAILCO brokers) in Houston in 1968. To Ringling in 1969. By 1975 it was RB-150 on the Blue Unit Train. By 1977 it was RB-149 on the Blue Unit train. By 1979 it was RB-142 on the Blue Unit Train. Scrapped 1990.
