Originally built by Pullman in 1957 as a 52-seat coach, delivered without trucks and completed in 1958 with trucks from a pre-war observation-lounge, later receiving trucks from a 14-4 Valley series car. To Amtrak 5299 in 1979. To Ringling in 19XX. By 1982 it was in storage for Ringling at Venice, FL. To East Tennessee Railcar in 1992. To Aberdeen Carolina & Western.
