IMPERIAL HARBOR

PULLMAN IMPERIAL HARBOR eventually became RB-155. Originally built by Pullman-Standard as a 4-compartment/4-double-bedroom/2-drawing-room sleeper to Plan 4069H in Lot 6688 for service on the OVERLAND ROUTE between Chicago and Oakland via the C&NW, UP and SP. Placed in service on March 25, 1942. To Southern Pacific IMPERIAL HARBOR December 31, 1945. Name replaced with the number 9100 July 8, 1949, and withdrawn from Pullman lease October 20, 1967. To Judge Roy Hofheinz of Houston (via RIAILCO brokers). To Ringling Brothers in 1968. The distinctive little windows above the larger windows are for the upper berths of the compartments. Scrapped 1990.
