WILLOUGHBY BAY

NEW YORK CENTRAL WILLOUGHBY BAY eventually became RB-137. Originally built by Pullman-Standard as a 22-roomette sleeper to Plan 4122 in Lot 6790. Placed in service October 22, 1948. Numbered 10440 WILLOUGHBY BAY in 1952. Withdrawn from Pullman lease July 1,1958. To Rock Island in 1959 and rebuilt into baggage-RPO car 754, retired in 1968. To Judge Roy Hofheinz. To Ringling in 1969. By 1975 it was stock car RB-132 on the Blue Unit Train. By 1979 it was RB-137 on the Blue Unit Train. By 1982 it was in storage for Ringling in Venice, FL. Scrapped 1993.
