NEW YORK CENTRAL 10421 BIRCH BAY eventually became ?. Originally built by Pullman-Standard in 1948 as a 22-roomette sleeper to Plan 4122 in Lot 6790. Numbered 10421 BIRCH BAY in 1952. To Rock Island in 1959 and rebuilt into baggage car 864. Retired in 1968 and sold to Ringling in 1969.
