FLAT CAR RBX 19 was originally North American Car Corp NIFX 8268 built in ? To Ringling in 19XX. By 1984 it was RBX 19. By 1987 it was still RBX 19. This car does not seem to have remained with Ringling into the RBBX era that began in 1995.
