The tavern lounge observation car on the tail end of the Greenbrier Express, as envisioned by noted railroad artist and frequent Ross Rowland collaborator Bob Lorenz.

At this point in its design, the train was still simply the Greenbrier Express, not the Greenbrier Presidential Express.
