AT left the lower level configuration alone, but reconfigured the upper level for 51 reclining coach seats and no lounge.

Auto-Train Dome 513, stripped of paint and numbered LNC 551, at the Port of Tillamook Bay RR in December 1989. Plans were to use it on the Oregon Coast Express, but that didn't happen.
