Built by EMD in 1954 as Union Pacific 956B, an E9 B-Unit, builder number 19292. To Amtrak 458B in 1972 and retired in Oct 1975. To AT in 1976 for conversion to a steam generator car, but never painted AT colors. To AT 1139 in 1977 when one of the new tri-level auto racks needed its three-digit number.
