Originally PRR 8245 BEDFORD INN, built by Budd in 1949 as a 21-roomette sleeper. Converted to a 64-seat coach, 12-seat smoker and numbered 1523 in 1963. To PC 1523. To NJT 1523 in 1976. To BWRL 5415. To URHS of NJ in 1989. To Ringling in 1991. Ringling configured the interior to 5 bedrooms.
