Built by ACF in 1955 for the City of Portland and the City of Los Angeles trains as UP 8003. Sold to Auto-Train in 1972, numbered 803. Sold to Ankel Corp in 1981. Sold to Northern Rail Car in 1989. To Scenic Rails Dining "Scenic View" in 1989. To Transcisco Tours in 1990. To Union Pacific to become "Colorado Eagle" in 1993.
