To be built by Rader Railcar. The upper level was to hold The Cookhouse dining room. The lower level would have held the train's galley (kitchen).

Designated 'Contract Car 15' by the builder, Rader Railcar.

It's possible only the (passenger) sleeping cars were going to have exterior names applied, so this car might not have had its name on the car side.
