Originally GTW 303071, an 89' flat car built by Maxson in 1969. To Wisconsin Central 5902. To Ringling in 1993. Ringling configured it with a water tank. A "Cat Flat", modified at one time with fold-down platforms for feeding a watering big cats at stops between show sites.
