Originally Union Pacific 5770, built by St Louis Car in 1962 as a baggage-storage car. To UP 904296 in 1972. To UP 904708 in 1981. To Ringling in 1997. Ringling configured the interior a Pie Car. Contained 3 Traulsen freezers, a True beverage fridge,a Lang grill, 2 Starmax 2-burner cooktops, 2 Land Selectronic II ovens, a Traulsen tall fridge, a Delfield food storage draw bank, a Delfield steam table with drawers and display rack.
