Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Train
RBBX 60010

Elephant Stock Car

Originally Union Pacific 6318, built by ACF in 1961 as a baggage/messenger car. To Ringling in 1972 as an Elephant Stock Car. By 1977 it was RB-131. By 1979 it was still RB-131. Numbered 133 for a time in the RBX numbering scheme. To RBBX 60010 in 1995. Became part of the Media Center at the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Center for Elephant Conservation in Polk City, FL by 2013, but with 4-wheel trucks.

In 2020 this car finally tied RBBX 41402 as the longest-serving lightweight cars Ringling ever had. Since the Polk City property - and the car - changed hands in May 2020, the tie with 41402 may be an enduring one.
