Originally Union Pacific 5419, built by Pullman in 1950 as a 44-seat coach. To GTW 4810 in 1969. To SEMTA 4810 in 1977. To Ringling in 1994. Ringling configured the interior to 11 bedrooms.

Former RBBX 42010 seen passing through Bangor, Pennsylvania on a move by NS H76 on June 10, 2017. It was one of the three cars that was acquired by the Erie Lackawanna Dining Car Preservation Society.
