The third Display Car was former New York Central coach car #2178.

The interiors of the three display cars were painted light blue and gold, corresponding to the shades of Liberty and Justice on the state seal.

Each display car had four document cases arranged bay-window-style for viewing by up to 40 school children at a time.

This third display car held exhibits related to Mobility, Education, Science, and State Service.
