Chessie Safety Express CSE (S2) Coach Car #13 was CSE (S1) #10 in 1980. The car belonged to Passenger Car Corp. of America as their 7235, a 72-seat air conditioned coach. Ex-CR/PC/PRR 1676, rebuilt by PRR with a/c in 1950 from PRR 1875. Built by ACF in 1909. This was easily the oldest car on the train. After the CSE it was renumbered 113. Image: Larry Stiles, 1981 |

According to Stephen Sardos' research, the car later went to the Texas-Mexican RR as their #1. Then to private ownership and stored at SRNJ in Winslow, NJ.
