Cardinal's Train
1st Car:
Charles Carroll of
Carrollton

The first car of the Cardinal's Train was the Pullman baggage/club car Charles Carroll of Carrollton.

Former Pullman heavyweight baggage-club car EAGLE CLIFF. The car was named for Charles Carroll who was not only a Catholic leader, but a director of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad -- and the only Catholic signer of the Declaration of Independence.
