Built by PS in 1958 for the City of St. Louis train. Ex Union Pacific 7015.

On AT, the car was configured with 36 seats on the lower level and 20 seats in the dome.

To AT 709 in 1973. Sold to Kansas City Southern in 1981 and numbered 22. Sold to Union Pacific in 1990. Rebuilt and named CHALLENGER in 1992.
