Built by ACF in 1955 for the City of Portland and Challenger Streamliner trains. Ex Union Pacific 7009.

On AT, the car was configured with 36 seats on the lower level and 24 seats in the dome.

To AT 706 in 1973. To Anbel Corp, in 1981. To Baltimore Gas & Electric 1988 for use as a stationary cafe. To Enic Group of London, England in 1999.
