Built by ACF in 1955 for the City of Portland and Challenger Streamliner trains. Ex Union Pacific 7002.

On AT, the car was configured with 36 seats on the lower level and 24 seats in the dome.

To AT 702 in 1972. To Keene Carpet in 1981. To Virginia Rail Investment Corp 200 ROANOKEin 1987. To St. Louis Car Company in 1989 as SLCC 200. To Rail Cruise America, given Amtrak private car number 800200 and renamed Mark Twain Lake. Later renamed MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
