Built by ACF in 1955 for the City of Portland and Challenger Streamliner trains. Ex Union Pacific 7001. To AT 701 in 1973.

On AT, the car was configured with 36 seats on the lower level and 24 seats in the dome.

To Kansas City Southern in 1981 and numbered 21. To Union Pacific in 1990. Rebuilt and named COLUMBINE in 1992.
