The auto-train had lots of families to feed and buffet-style was the way to go.

Built by ACF in 1950 as Wabash 48-seat coach1430 for the City of St. Louis train. To N&W 1837 (coach). To AT 570.

AT reconfigured the car for food service.

See AT cars 572, 574, and 576 under MISC cars for the other three former Wabash coaches AT had planned to similarly convert. On the AT, #570 ended up being one-of-a-kind.

Later to NYSW, used as an office at Binghamton Yard. Scrapped February 15, 2011.
