HEP Locomotives

The AEE/Greenbrier Limited leased various locomotives to provide electrical HEP (head end power) to the passenger cars when the cars were pulled by locomotives that could not provide such power, including their own locomotives 1&2. In the early years, this was commonly a MARC F unit. Wisconsin Southern 801 provided HEP for a time.
