A Rail Ventures car used in the very beginning of the AEE while their own cars were being refurbished. Never painted AEE/AOE, but refurbished at Panama City, FL with the same interior designs and treatments as AEE cars. Built in 1942 by Pullman-Standard as sleeper IMPREIAL DRIVE for the Union Pacific. Later reconfigured toa busines car with an open platform.
